I woke up without the iTunes and App Store no longer on my phone. How do I get them back?

I woke up and went to go to my App Store to download an app that my friend wanted me to download an the App Store was no longer in the spot that I had it on my phone so then I was frantically searching my phone when I realized my iTunes Store was no longer on my phone either.
