iphone 6 water damage blue screen

I got water in my iphone three days ago. It worked for about two minutes and then it shuted down. me and my friends tried turning it on a few times (which i shouldn't have) it showed the apple logo and then it would stay like that for hours unless you turned it off again.

I couldn't do anything right away because I had to go somewhere and after about five to six hours I got home and put it in rice for three days.

And by the way the rice got stuck in the jack and it took hoursss to take it out, anyway today right after I took my phone out of the rice (and after finally getting the rice out of the jack lol) I tried to charge my phone and it showed the apple logo for about thirty seconds and then the screen turned blue. i got sorta scared so I took the charger out right away and put it back in rice. What should I do now? Do I need to get my screen replaced? Please help!
