Ask the manager for their district manager's contact information. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page of the forums.

No. This is a user-to-user forum. There are very few Apple employees here. There are the Hosts, who have purple apple avatars. They mostly work behind the scenes. They don't post often. Then there are the community specialists who have black apple avatars. They answer questions in certain forums that have gone unanswered for more than 24 hours and can generally be answered by a referral to a support document.

Actually, the Level is awarded based on the number of points earned. Those are earned based on what an original poster of a question decides if the material you provided helps them (5 points) or answered their question (10 points). See what I mean when I say we have been here too long. Think how long it takes to accumulate that many points at 5 or 10 points per question.
