Jul 18, 2015 12:58 PM in response to CreativeBasementby Ref74,I Had the same problem and I am on a sky broadband.
I confirm that changing the DNS on both my iPad and iPhone sorted it out. You can't really do it on the sky router but it's easy to do it in the iOS wifi settings.
Thanks for the help!

Hey, I too am on Sky broadband, so couldn't change it on the router settings. BUT you can do it on device, both mac and iOS devices, and can confirm that it has fixed the problem for me. I can now stream on iTunes and make tracks available offline on iPhone.
You can go and get DNS server addresses here: https://connectsafe.norton.com/configureRouter.html
But for ref its: 199.85.126.10
For iOS devices follow this: http://www.iphonehacks.com/2014/08/change-dns-iphone-ipad.html
For Mac follow this: http://macs.about.com/od/networking/qt/configure-your-macs-dns.htmApple Music is now functions as normal. But obviously this is something they need to fix.
Hope this helps someone else.
Thanks very much for this, I can now download/make available offline on my iPhone and also, download from iCloud on iTunes too (where previously I couldn't until I altered the DNS in System Preferences/Network).
Wonder how many of the issues are actually down to Sky broadband/or other ISP's, rather than Apple Music.

I was having the described problem.
Found a fix
I was using Google DNS on my router that iPhone connects to. Change to Norton DNS
- 199.85.126.10
- 199.85.127.10
And now music works again for me! (Belarus)
WOW!!! This worked for me. I recommend everyone try this because i think this could solve everyones problems.

Jul 19, 2015 1:50 AM in response to gibson147by lemfresh,So the issue is actually with the ISP? Seems like everyone in UK who is affected is with Sky.

Jul 19, 2015 2:08 AM in response to berwicksby bloxo123,Did this work? Seems easier than messing about with the DNS functions?
-
Jul 19, 2015 2:25 AM in response to bloxo123by gibson147,It worked for me, just did it on my phone. Haven't touched the router.
Changed DNS on phone only, which is very straight forward.
Haven't tried turning router off and on again.

All I did was turn off my wifi (which I'm with sky broadband) and used my mobile data and it worked, I could download songs for offline mode and it doesn't come up with the error message!
