I too can confirm the service is now working with no re-routed DNS.
I am sky broadband customer, who previously had the issue and had to change DNS to get stream/download on any IOS/mac device, i now use the router default settings for DNS and it no issues downloading or streaming.
Thanks for the update.
I will return my settings to what they were (default) on my iPhone and on my Mac.

I'm on Sky Broadband and was previously having the issue. After reading earlier that it had been resolved, I reverted my DNS to what it was previously on both my iPhone and Mac. I can now download/make available offline on both my Mac (iTunes) and on my iPhone.

Yeah, hopefully just a few teething problems for the new service. Hopefully before the 3 months free trial is up, most of the issues are ironed out. Having too many issues is going to make customers either keep their existing music streaming subscription, or put them off subscribing to Apple Music after the trail period is up.

Nov 6, 2015 8:58 AM in response to mclusktby Diabulos,Changed DNS but still having issues with song cannot be downloaded, it would have been so much easier if they had made a way to sync via cable from Itunes to phone/pod and then add the stuff on the cloud than relying on wifi to download what or some will be high hundreds of files,

Dec 12, 2015 8:10 PM in response to PeteyB4by Iveyj007,I have this same problem, you have to add it to your music then go to your music tap on the album name not the song. It will come up and just hit the iCloud icon and it should download

Sep 29, 2016 9:58 AM in response to mclusktby Thresher100,I'm in the US and having this problem as well.
It downloaded a few thousand songs then decided it just wasn't going to download anymore. I've tried the solutions here, none of them have worked. So, I'm stuck with either syncing my music from my computer or well, nothing.
