Q: since I installed 8.4 my iPhone photos are not syncing to my computer or ipad

since I installed 8.4 my iPhone photos are not syncing to my computer or ipad. Is anyone having the same problem?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), iCloud photo stream
