OnyX/DiskUtilities repair disk while restarting, restart DiskUtilities show no errors

Hi, today I've been busy cleaning my mac because the 'About this mac - storage' stated I had 18GB of movies while I know that all my movies are on USB stick.

Ive started doing some digging on internet and got rid of the problem.

Then I noticed that I my 'Other Storage' was 38GB (and i only have 64 in total).

I had a look for myself in Library, I saw some files from Yahoo. I never ever use/have used Yahoo but I remember few weeks ago I got this annoying banner app, so I've deleted them. Now what might be the problem is that I think I overlooked between all the Yahoo files, there might be one Bonjour file I've deleted with the other files. Didnt delete anything from other folders (because Im not an expert, just know what am doing normally).

Ran OnyX and told me I have to repair my disk with DiskUtilities while restarting the mac using cmd+R.

I restart my computer, verify disk without any problems, repair disk without any problems, restart mac again, run OnyX and it says I have to repair with DiskUtilities while restarting. I check DiskUtilities while normal operating my mac and it gives me the same message OnyX gives me. Am basically just running in circles.

(sorry for all the colour mixes. I can't seem to change the colour after copy/edit)

This disk needs to be repaired using the Recovery HD. Restart your computer, holding down the Command key and the R key until you see the Apple logo. When the OS X Utilities window appears, choose Disk Utility.

Have you done that, and if so, what happened?

Yes, I thought I explained that but I guess its not clear.

So when the logo appeared on the screen, I pressed cmd R, verified my Macintosh HD with no errors + repaired after with no errors.

I restart after, login to my account (only account), do the same actions with DiskUtilities and I get the error as shown above but I can't hit the Repair button. I can only do so when I restart my mac and enter DiskUtilities through cmd R.

I just noticed that I didnt copied the log file - also don't know if it shows the same thing as what I pasted at the start of the topic - so here it is:

If the computer is started up from the Mac OS X hard disk (or disk partition) and Disk Utility finds errors on it, there is not necessarily anything wrong. Only when started up from the CD [or the Recovery HD] should Disk Utility reports of errors on the Mac OS X hard disk (or disk partition) be considered accurate.

Disk Utility incorrectly reports disk errors on startup volume

You can probably clear the warnings by deactivating FileVault and then reactivating it, if you wish. Back up all data before making any changes.

I bought a hard drive today, backing up everything but the encryption is taking ages...
