Has anyone else done all this but the problems keep coming up? I've been doing this for my phone all day and it still needs updating.
After updating my phone to the newest iOS (8.4) it's been glitching, shutting down and restarting repeatedly. It'll be on for a few seconds or a few minutes, and it'll do this process all over again. I've been updating and restoring my phone all day and it keeps doing all this.
