HI . it stop downlouding in about 15seconds end tels me iTunes is blockted . Ok that was yesterday so i coll iTunes actually suport they change with me padsword and told me in about 24 and it will be goog . No it is about 35 hours and nothing at all i am***** apple tv music itunes noting pless help

What do you mean 'tells me iTunes is blocked' ? If you've changed your password you might need to log out and back into your account on your phone so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
The card is registered to the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account, and you are in the country that you have listed on your account - the store's terms say that you have to be in a country to use that country's store

Why are you trying to put your phone number in on the App Store ? You log in with your iTunes account.
And what do you think is 'hacked' ? If your iTunes account then contact iTunes Support ; if your phone then is your phone jailbroken ?

You've completely logged out of your account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tapping 'sign out' on the popup ? If you are getting a message about the account being locked when trying to log back in (and you've reset the password) then contact iTunes Support, only they might be able to unlock it
