Where can I buy an original MBP A1322 battery?

Hello

First time here and from everything I can search, all I see are third-party OEM offerings. I do not want this.

No batteries sold on Apple's site.

So...where can one buy an original Apple battery? I have an MB991LL/A A1278 Mid-2009 MBP. 10.95V / 60Wh

Many thanks!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

I too am looking for a battery... the OEM Battery lasted 6-8 hours of normal use on a single charge when it was new and now lasts 2-3 hours

so I thought id buy a replacement - found 100s on eBay all claiming to be 100% Genuine Apple replacements...

what I have discovered is these replacement batteries are terrible - they last at best 2 hours of normal use yet claim to meet or exceed OEM specification.

where can I get an OEM battery from any ideas?

I recently bough a 66 Wh (equal to 6184 mAmp) A1322 lithium battery for my mid-2009 MacBook Pro from Duracelldirect.nl and I am quite happy with it. It works perfectly for 5 to 7 hours on a full charge (I have too many Tabs open [more than 50!] on Safari, and at least 7-8 programs simultaneously working). The product is CBP3528A (http://www.duracelldirect.nl/pno/cbp3528a.html)

There is also a cheaper option, 56 Wh (http://www.duracelldirect.nl/pno/cbp3230a.html).

To elongate the lifespan of the battery, I am following the tips mentioned here: http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/gadgets/a15731/best-way-to-keep-li-io n-batteries-charged/
