Apple TV shows only 2 icons and doesn't let me sign into my Apple ID

All icons except 2 (Computers & Settings) dissappeared from the Apple TV.

I have reset it to factory settings, and now it won't let me sign in to my apple id. Have changed my region and location to my current location and still no change.

Everytime I try to sign in it show one of the following two messages

Can't connect to the iTunes Store
Your Apple ID could not be found....or your password is incorrect.

It is really frustrating.

PS:- The only thing I think has changed is that I updated to iTunes 12.2.1.16?

Do a search, I don't recall everything that has helped people, usually it's a networking matter, often that port 123 isn't open, some have said logging on to another network and then back their usual network has helped. There has been a higher number of people reporting this problem recently, but resolutions have been posted.

When you see only those 2 icons it means AppleTV can't connect to the internet, even if it's connected to the LAN. Have you unpowered AppleTV and restarted, as well as the same for your router?

I checked it and all routing and connection is ok. I looks like a problem on Apple side. Also it's happened to too many users at the almost same time. We are waiting for fix.
