Soooooooooo, where to start....
I want to contact apple about problems I'm having with iCloud for Windows (mainly that the service is horrid).
Does anyone know how someone can get help without a serial number?

Stopped using iCloud for Windows today and went back to Cubby for my syncing needs. Costs way more, but it WORKS. I kept some iCloud storage for pictures.
