No. It can only be serviced/replaced in the country where it was originally sold. It can only be replaced with an identical model.

But I have been informed by Trade Line, Apple distributor in Egypt (as I'm in Egypt now) that it is better to make EXCHANGE from USA or Europe as cost will be less than Gulf & Egypt.
Also, they told me that Apple may accept exchanging with iPhone 6
The Apple warranty, which overrides anything Trade Line may say, says the warranty is only valid in the country of sale. And that a replacement will be for an identical product, same memory, same model, same color.
