Q: MacBook is unresponsive

I have had my MacBook air for just over a year and a half. Randomly stopped working about a week ago. I have had no time to try to sort it out until now... Kind of hoped it would sort itself out

I have tried the command- control- shift combination reboot thing with no real response. (the plug in light turns from Orange to green while I'm holding the buttons down but, there is no change in the display; or sound of any kind.)

I have had the computer plugged in enough for it to have completely charged. But, the light is staying orange.

The closest Apple Store to me is 4.5 hours away. I am a student, working more than full time all summer... I don't have time to go in and get it sorted in person. Any help would be super appreciated.
