problem with home sharing after itunes update (12.2.1)

I purchase a new computer with windows 8.1

I download itunes (12.2.1) and home sharing doesn't work any more with my apple tv

I tried all the solutions here: reset router, logged out and in from itunes on my PC, I activate home sharing file-home shring

I uncheck the Ivp6 from my wifi connection, and restart my PC

I changed the library name

logged in and out from aapple tv and my iPhone.

Did I miss something to do?

I'm very frasturated

Don't know much about the dark side, but know there are quite a few problems with security software, have you checked that.

Most security software on Windows. Try without any and your firewall off for diagnostic purposes.

I turn off my firewall (avg) and still nothing.

I have same setup and home sharing also stopped working after upgrading iTunes to 12.2.

After trying every trick in the book for two days, its finally resolved.

Did it by disabling all IPv6 Connectivity options by going into Control Panel >Network & Sharing Center> change adapter settings> select adapter and then uncheck boxes for every IPV6 option in Properties and Configuration.

Closed and restarted ITunes and all was well.
