Q: How to I retrive my iphone backup to new iphone

I have a backup of my old iphone4S that includes all my contacts

I got new iphone but I cant retrive my previous contacts .....

This is the name of the directory of my backup and the file names inside has similar name

be910a46df70784dbd1a1292a1113bdf4b3f7950

The backup done by local store that doesnt exist so your help is really appreciated
