No link is needed. AirPort Utility is already installed on Yosemite 10.10.x.

Please start a new post as your issue and the possible solutions will be different of that of the OP. Also include all the details. That is, include the model numbers of your Apple base stations and the operating system of the device that you will use to administer them. Thanks!
No need. I found the answer. Apple does not support it's products. Early adaptors now have perfectly functioning Airport Express and Extremes that they can no longer control. Cannot access them at all on the new 10.10.4 update. I cannot change passwords or create new accounts, and that makes my home wireless system vulnerable. Unless I go out and buy a PC!
