Q: all callers get busy signal even though phone is not in use

I understand that you are not able to receive calls on your iPhone. To begin troubleshooting this situation, I would suggest reading over and working through the suggested steps outlined in the attached article below.

Jul 20, 2015 8:59 AMby ROBERT MORAN2,Amazingly, my carrier, Verizon, was able to help me solve this problem. I was able to. Phone out just not receive calls. I was instructed to make the three following "calls", *900' *920' and *73. I'm not sure which one cleared the busy signal or whether all were necessary but my phone has now cleared its incoming busy signal. I still don't know the cause but I do know an effective solution.
