Cannot upload photo project to Apple?

Dear users

I am very happy with the photo project books (hard copy printed books) which my family and I use frequently. However, when I tried to upload the latest book, and pressed "køb bog (purchase book)". I was given the below message, and it has been like this for 4 weeks. Any hints on when this will be solved? It is in danish, but basically says: "Store unavailable. The store is being updated at the moment. We are back in a moment".
