Does anyone understand this error?

My brand new Macbook Pro Early 2015 13" keeps randomly restarting from time to time from everyday use and suffers from random graphical issues does anyone know why this might be and how to solve it? Error log below for the random restarts, and a picture of the graphical glitch (weird flashing stationary colour mix just randomly appears on the screen in various locations and can be much larger than whats shown when if affects the dock bar).
