Cannot connect to Raspberry Pi 2 B via AirPort Extreme.

I cannot connect to my Raspberry Pi 2 B connected via Chrome web browser and AirPort Extreme. I get an "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED." The Raspberry Pi is connected to the Airport Extreme through a network cable. I set it up with MusicBox at another location and was able to access it perfectly through Chrome. I can stream music from iTunes but cannot connect to it to set up the Wifi. How can I fix this?

Are you trying to access the Raspberry Pi via your MacBook Air on your local network or from the Internet to configure the Pi's wireless? Is the Pi running the latest version of Raspbian?

If you access the Pi from your local network, do you have its SSH server enabled? Can you access it from the Mac using either Terminal or another remote app that supports either SSH or VNC?
