I was living in America for a year. A friend of mine gave me his old iPhone 5 (his providor was AT&T). Im back in Germany now and want to use the Phone.
The phone is simlocked so my question is:
How can I outgo the Simlock (without Jailbreaking) ?

The only way to unlock a carrier-locked iPhone is to have the carrier (AT&T) unlock it. Apple will not do that.
Note that jailbreaking will void ALL support from Apple, including these discussions. Jailbreaking also makes your iPhone open to viruses and other problems.
AT&T does unlock iPhones. Contact them to see if you qualify.
