changing song order within a playlist
Several updates ago I was able to change the order of songs within a playlist. I cannot do this now. Is there some way to move songs around within a playlist?

Yes. Go to the Playlists view, and then select a playlist. Then, in the user right corner, select the playlist dropdown (see picture). You can then sort your playlist however you like! Once it's set to "Sort by: Manual Order," you can simply drag and drop the songs into whatever order you want.
This is on iTunes 12.2.1.16. Should also be in iTunes 12.2.
