Q: Help Installed new itunes and freezes during sync

Hey, I'm desperate for help. I use ITunes to teach classes at work. After downloading new itunes, it freezes every time i try to plug in a new device. Please help if you have any ideas. Thanks!

Hey nikkicz,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, iTunes is unresponsive when you connect an iOS device. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
