malware pop-up window

How do i remove a malware pop-up window from my Ipad that is called "Debug malware eroor 895-system32exe failure" It showed up on our Macbook Air and when I looked up the web site on my Ipad, I got the same pop-up. now I can't get it off my Ipad when i access my web browser.

For the Mac, choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.

For the iPad, click here and follow the instructions in the first paragraph of the last section.
