I should complete my Apple profile with info on my creditcard
But I have no Creditcard, why should I? so I can't finishish this form!!!!

not the problem, they want to close my apple id and i can't complete the form without creditcard numbers because i have no credit card

In all likelihood, that's a scam. It's a phishing attempt. Log into your account directly from apple.com and change your password IMMEDIATELY.
