hi im a japanese so my english is bad please understand
my imac cant start it only showing gray envelope with "?" in middle
i dont know what happened ! i tried installing the os thats come with it
but it couldnt be installed and i dont know why. Its saying something
about time machine back up restore but i dont know what it is.
I Tried everything to solve my problems by myself but no good so
maybe u can help me
