how do i make more game center accounts while sharing a family itunes account
the kids want to play the same game on game center while not kicking each other off. How do we create more game center names on the same itunes family sharing program?

It sounds like your children are all signed into the same Apple ID in the Game Center so no two can be playing games at the same time. I they should all be able to use their specific Apple ID for the Game Center, by first logging out of their accounts:
Using Game Center on your Mac or iOS device
Open Game Center and sign in using your Apple ID. If you don't have an Apple ID, select Create New Apple ID. If you need to sign in with a different Apple ID, follow these steps:
- iOS: Go to Settings and tap Game Center > Apple ID > Sign Out.
- OS X: Go to the Me tab and click Account > Sign Out.
When you sign in with a different Apple ID, you'll see different scores, achievements, and friends.
