When I turn on my Mac I get a white loading screen when it is done loading it goes black I tried the opt command r way and hit partition but that didn't work help please

When I turn on my Mac I get a white loading screen it gets about half way through then the screen goes black and all I see is the arrow. Help please! Thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
