Difference between 7th and 8th generation

I just ordered an 8th generation of a Nano.

WHat is the difference between the 7th and 8th generation.

I Am looking for a case and all anybody has is cases for the 7th generation.

As far as I know, the only difference between the 7th Gen. and the newest model, technically referred to as 7th Gen. Mid-2015, is the color choice.
