Latest episode not showing up in iTunes

UPDATE: I resolved this issue - We forgot to check off the box to include the podcast in the RSS feed on Soundcloud. Duh!

I am unable to see my most recent podcast episode. It was submitted a couple of days ago and it is still not showing up in the store or on my iPhone Podcasts app.
