I turned off location services and lost my apps
I Turned off location services and lost all my apps. NOW I can't reinstall them, help?

Turning Location Services 'on' or 'off' should not remove any apps from your iPad. What happens when you try to redownload them ? If they are greyed out in the App Store then have you got any app age ratings set in Settings > General > Restrictions that might be hiding them from your iPad's home screens and protecting them in the App Store ?
