werfault.exe Starting Quicktime

I have trying to open Quicktime and, nothing happens, i was in the task manager at the same time and three proccess opened and close.

1. Werfault.exe

it start from C:\Windows\SysWOW64

2. exportcontroller.exe

it start from C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem

3. quicktimeplayer.exe

it start from C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime

im running

windows 8.1
