I dropped my iphone 5c face down on the floor and now its only showing a gray screen with 5 lighter gray stripes to the left, what do I do?

Try pressing the home and power button at the same time but holding it down until it shows the apple sign.

If that doesn't do the trick,

This sounds like damage to the digitizer or graphics module...take it to an Apple store genius bar.
