apple music skipping through all songs

Ever since I started my free trial of Apple Music (about two weeks ago) I am unable to use it. Both on my iPhone and my MacBook Pro, when I attempt to play a playlist or album though apple music it just skips through all of the songs without actually playing any of them. I have attempted to reset my account, reset my devices, etc. and nothing works. How can I fix this?
