6 plus touchscreen unresponsible at apps

about 3 week ago my touchscreen becomes unresponsive when I'm using it no matter what appication is working can be any app open also contacts or phone, to recover the functionality I have to press the power button and unlock my device using the touch screen, I already reboot the phone, reset all settings and the problem still there im worry if this is linked to the last update.

it looks like a software problem.

any suggestion ?
