I have a Gen 5 iPod Touch that I'm using with ITunes 12 on a Windows 8.1 laptop. I initiially configured manual backups in which only the OS and the Apps were backed up. I now want to perform a complete backup (an image) of the device only I can't figure out where (or how) to change the backup settings. Is this possible?
