Firewall with Plex Media Server on Mac Mini

The Firewall Options show both Plex Media Server and Plex Script Host as 'Allow incoming connections'. Despite this my TV returns the message 'Server not Found'. If I turn off the Firewall the Media Server is immediate available to the TV. Now if I turn the Firewall on again the Media Server is no longer blocked. If I reboot the Mini the Media Server is again blocked.

I'm running the latest version of Yosemite and the latest version of Plex Media Server. They are connected on my home network via a Huawei router HG633. The routing is wireless and the connection is good.

What am I missing as I can't keep turning off and on again the Firewall just to use the Media Server?

Try deleting the System Preference .plist

Deleting the System Preference or other .plist file

Unfortunately it makes no difference. After rebooting the Mini and loading PMS the Media Server is available for one second on the TV before it is deleted and replaced with 'Server not found'.
