No service after 8.4 update

my I phone 5s says no service after 8.4 update, how can I fix this? i have tried restarting the phone as well the network settings, I also tried restoring the phone but nothing works. I can't even roll back to an earlier version of iOS please help, it's been two works now trying to fix this issue.
