Q: iTunes Music Folder

some tracks appear in my library and play okay but are not in my music folder. is this okay? I am at the tale end of solving problems with the iTunes 12.2 upgrade and have found all the hidden and lost tracks in my library. Trouble is, the odd song does not appear in the iTunes music folder as they are supposed to. How do I get any tracks that are listed in my library into the Music folder? Clicking File/ Library/Organise Files does not seem to have the desired effect.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

My understanding is tracks from Apple Music stream and do not download unless you specifically request offline use.

I have not yet signed up to the new Apple Music app, my query relates to the tracks I have purchased from iTunes or copied from CDs.

I understand that all tracks in my iTunes Library are supposed to appear in folders inside the Music folder that is in the iTunes Media folder.

Some of my earlier purchases are not and I wondered how to get them there. The tracks are listed in my Music Library and will play okay (at the moment)

but they are not inside the necessary folder and I am fearful that this could be be a problem in the future?
