Thanks for responding. Another troubleshooting step I would recommend if restarting your Apple Watch didn’t help, would be to remove the Twitter app from the device and then re-add it. To complete this process, please follow the steps in the attached article below.

If you want to uninstall an app on your Apple Watch:

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap My Watch.
2. Scroll to find the app you want to remove, and then tap it.
3. Turn off Show App on Apple Watch.
