Can not find my personal or client files after migration. After 26 hours of migration it appears only the system files were copied. I can not find any other files. Are they hidden?

After migration, I was unable to find files on 3 other partitions from backups. I restored some of the files last night but am unable to find those files even though it said the task was completed. I read all of the documentation, I have restarted and still I am unable to find the files. All help is appreciated! Thanks!
