Q: wi fi connectivity issue in yosemite (10.10..4)

Hi,

I am using Macbook Pro with Yosemite (10.10.4) latest OS in it. I brought it in April'2015.

My internet(wi-fi) is getting disconnected frequently and every time i have to turn my wi-fi OFF and turn it on to make it work. It is happening like every 15-20 mins. I ran apple diagonostics but didn't help me.

Please provide any solution.
