Viber locked the account

Well, you're certainly not going to get a resolution here. This is a user to user support forum. No one here can do anything about it. No one at Apple can do anything about it either.

Take it up with Viber or find a different messaging service to use.

Well, let's see. It says your account has been blocked and cannot be unblocked. It appears to me that you are going to have to create a new account, but that is just my thinking. As KiltedTim said, find some other method to attempt to contact them. They are the only ones that can provide you with any resolution.

No. Someone calling themselves "Viber Team" occasionally pops up here, but they have no official presence on these forums. These forums are run by Apple specifically for support of Apple products and services. Viber is not an Apple product or service.

Your only resolution will come from Viber. You will have to contact them for that. Viber is not an Apple app.

And I haven't seen them in a while.

Then I suggest that you do as KiltedTim said earlier, use another program.

Nor have I. Looking at Viber Team I see no recent activity at all.

No. Contact Viber support. Viber is NOT an Apple product or service. This is an Apple support forum, not a Viber support forum.

Viber blocked my account and says it can't be reactivated. Does anyone know if possible to negotiate and achieve reactivation?
