Q: Iphone 5c Screen or Internal Issue
I'm not sure exactly how to explain my issue because there are just so many things. My problems first started 6 days ago. While out shopping, I was texting as usual and then I returned my phone to my pocket. The next time I went to text, I noticed some keys on my keyboard such as U, N, ! and some emojis would no longer type when pushed. I ran my finger across each letter and they all worked except those specific ones. And it wasn't due to normal iPhone lag problems as I was already used to. It just stopped working. I have had my phone nearly 2 years but it is excellent condition with no screen cracks and normal wear and tear on the outer casing. I am eligible for an upgrade but that is not an option because I'm waiting to get the newly released iPhone in 2-3 months. I just want to know if someone else has ever had an issue with the same thing because I could not find exactly my problem when searching articles on the internet. The screen does not work at all in those places in other apps as well. For example in the pull up menu from the bottom of the screen I can't adjust my brightness up or down because it gets stuck in certain spots. Same for the volume slider. Even in games the screen trips out when I try to click or swipe in certain spots. It is not just lag, it's some kind of screen or internal issue. Since these initial problems, so many other issues have arose. Like sometimes when already struggling to type a message, it starts typing gibberish like 'fsjuuukluuuuu' instead of the buttons I'm pushing. Also some times if I hold my finger close to but not touching the screen, random buttons will start typing when I'm not even touching the keypad. So many random issues happen like when I tapped the right side of my home screen in the middle where there are no apps, my messages app would open. Or I'd try to click one app and another one opens. There are so many problems and its frustrating and impossible to use my phone normally and I am looking for answers or a solution. Or even anyone who has experienced something like this themselves. Thank you.
PS. I did already try restarting, force restarting, restoring, and updating. Nothing has made a difference.
