How to unlock (simlock) iPhone 5s ( Sprint )

Only Sprint can unlock the phone.

Are you asking about domestic or international unlock?

If you are a Sprint customer, you contact Sprint and see if you meet their requirements for unlocking. If you are not a Sprint customer, you buy a phone you can actually use. Sprint will not unlock it for you. It must be active and visible on Sprint's network in order for them to process the unlock. If you're not a customer, that can't happen.

Do as KiltedTim suggested in the post you replied to. Contact Sprint to see if they

will unlock that particular iPhone and if so, what the process is. Only the

wireless provider to which an iPhone is locked can unlock it.
