Hi! I have a 128 gb iPad Air recently updated to ios 8, the latest version. I sync my iPad with a mac Pro which is currently running OSX Mavericks. For some reason iPad´s been crashing and it just shows a red screen I troubleshoot following the steps showed in iTunes. Everytime I try this it prompts me to run an update. Then iPad runs in recovery mode. After extracting the software it gives me a red screen, the serial numbers appears to be unavailable and updating seems to run forever. After a while it gives me this errors:“An unknow error occurred 4005“ next it redirects to:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201444 The point is that I got stuck at this. Any advice about this. I reallly appreciate your help guys. Regards.
