Ipod touch will not pair w/ Auvio

Thank you for your response. After several days, I have successfully paired my new ipod touch with the Auvio PBT500 Bluetooth speaker. I shut off the bluetooth capability on my iphone and eventually the ipod paired. I suppose you are only able to pair 1 device at a time. Again, sincere thank you for your prompt reply. I do not have a link for the Auvio 500 it is made by Radio Shack and strong sound for a wireless device. Have a great day!
