Unable to import photos from a shared album into Photos v 1.0.1

Device: iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2009)

OS: OSX 10.10.4

Photos: v 1.0.1

I can see the photos that I want to import in the shared album. When I select a picture and the right click with the mouse, there is an option to import the picture. When I select that option, I am unable to find the picture in the Photo library. I get no error message or confirmation message. The popup just goes away. Any ideas why the photo is not really down loading?

iMac (21.5-inch Late 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

The import is silent, without any confirmation. After some time the imported photo should appear in the Last Import album however,. It may take a few minutes.

If you do not see it there, open the info panel for the photo you just imported and copy and paste the filename into the search field to find it in the moment.
