i want to install more memory cards. there are 3 tiny screws on the bottom of the iMac screen that have to come out in order to install the memory cards. the phillis head i have doesn't seem to grab the grooves of the tiny screws. what do you recommend.

They could be torque screws. How old is your iMac?

thanks - but we've tried the phillips head screw drivers and it doesn't grab the screws, they won't come out.
Try with a different brand of screwdriver. The Philips type socket on those screws are very shallow.
